Pre Arrival

  • Full Assessment of your needs, extensive research of suitable properties & development of Personalised Action Plan
  • Ongoing liaison with Removalist if required
  • Services management:  i.e short term accommodation, car hire, or airport transfer.

On Arrival

    • Meet and Greet
    • Information and Briefing Session
    • Welcome & Information Pack, individually tailored – containing current SE Qld Street Directory, electoral registration forms, vehicle registration application forms, RACQ information, pet registration forms,  bus and train timetables/fares and pocket maps etc.
    • One day Personalised Orientation tour of location with specific points of interest  prior to undertaking property search

  • Consult with parents to determine the needs of each child
  • Visit and research potential educational institutions
  • Source enrolment possibilities in preferred schools
  • Co-ordinate appointments with Principals, Registrars and Bursars
  • Obtain relevant written information and fee schedules, as required
  • Attend the interview with parents where required
  • Discuss with parents the  information required by the schools
